Immunizations are available at low or no cost. 
60 fresh food boxes will be provided for 60 different households.
​Vaccines available:
Covid - available for insured patients or those under the age of 18
Flu - available for all patients
Hep A - available for patients aged 19 and older
Hep B - available for patients aged 19 and older
MMR - available for all patients
Tdap - available for patients aged 10 and older
Varicella - available for all patients
Registration is helpful but not required for this clinic as capacity is limited.
